If your child was absent on their photo day, or you would like them to sit for a re-take, please fill out this form by Wednesday, October 30 and send them to school picture-ready on Thursday, November 7. Requests for re-takes will be honored on a first come, first served basis, and while we endeavor to honor every request, space is limited.
