Day of Service Volunteering
January 19th, 2026
Parents and students in grades 8-12, join us for a Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. On Monday, January 19, from 10am-12pm we will be crafting no-sew blankets. These blankets will be packed up to travel with our Leffell Seniors to Poland, where they will be donated to members of the JCC Krakow. High School students can receive 2 hours of service towards their annual commitment with their participation in this project.

The Leffell High School Theater Ensemble presents:
Fiddler on the Roof!
Rich in historical and ethnic detail, Fiddler on the Roof's universal theme of tradition cuts across barriers of race, class, nationality, and religion, leaving audiences crying tears of laughter, joy, and sadness.
Performances will take place at the JCC of Mid-Westchester, 999 Wilmot Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase at our on-site concession stand. This 2-hour and 45-minute-long performance is suitable for a wide range of ages, though we recommend parental discretion due to the topic of antisemitism.
There are four performances:

Thursday, January 15 at 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, January 17 at 8:00 p.m.

Sunday, January 18 at 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
You may purchase general admission tickets for $20 each ($12 for students and alumni).
