High School Musical
Lower School Play Information
Thank you for your interest in High School Musical, a Leffell School PTO theater production being held at the Lower School, and directed by KJK Productions.
Registration in the main cast is open to all students in grades 4 and 5 and for chorus for students in grade 3.

• A digital link to all photos
• A digital link to download the performance
• High School Musical T-shirt (to be given out at rehearsals)
• A cast party on Sunday, November 19th between performances
*There will be no refunds after casting materials are submitted.*
Registration will be limited to 60 cast members on a first-come, first-served basis. The chorus is limited to 15 slots for 3rd graders on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We encourage parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends and fans of all ages to support the PTO’s production of High School Musical by purchasing ads in our playbill journal honoring our actors and actresses. The Journal will be distributed at all three performances of the play on November 19th and 20th. Your support of our Journal helps defray the cost of bringing this incredible opportunity to our students in Grades 3-5.
DEADLINE: All ads MUST be received by Thursday, November 9th.
Full-page ad (4.375" x 7.125"): $45
Half-page ad (4.375" x 3.5"): $25
Design fee*: $10
* We offer design support for formatting ads for an additional $10. If you would like assistance with formatting your ad, please email Joanna Kaufman.
Half-page and full-page ads can include high res images or photos, quotes and personal messages. Every page will be printed in black and white. Please keep the two-line greetings no more than 25 words long. Unless we are designing your ad, we will be submitting what you send us directly to the printer, so please double-check your spelling.

Journals should be submitted in PDF format. Below are instructions to help guide with this process:
Windows – select Print and then change printer to “Microsoft Print to PDF” which will prompt you to save your file as a PDF
Mac – select Print and in the lower left hand corner of the print window there is a drop down that “Save as PDF” can be selected which will prompt you to save your file as a PDF
Journal ads should be uploaded to the google drive (linked here). It is also found on the journal submission tab. Please make sure to upload your journal ad to the drive and then submit the registration and payment form. Please reach out the email@example.com if you have any questions.
